Can I customize my order?

 

Yes, we do custom embroidery for our customers. Any custom design will be at an addidtional charge. Please call for pricing.

 

How is my shipment sent?

 

All products will be sent by UPS using standard delivery methods or can be picked up at the store.

 

What is your return policy?

 

Unused items may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit within 15 days of receipt. Please return to address below and include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, copy of packing list or invoice and reason for return. All information provided is greatly appreciated and your input helps us to provide future modifications of our clothing line. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Do you sell wholesale?

 

Yes, we do. If you are a business and would like to carry our line of clothing, please contact us directly.

 

What do you do with the information that I have provided?

 

We collect two types of information about our customers: "Personal Information" (such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number and the items you purchase) and "Aggregate Information" (such as information about how many users log on to our Site on a daily basis or frequency of customer visits to Baby E Clothing.

 

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will send you information about new products or services.

 

Your information is never shared with other companies and all information is confidential.
